Finally i have found an easy solution to the PuTTy/vim problem with numpad!
PuTTy wrap numpad keys and this makes vim going crazy, you can solve this issue in PuTTy options panel:
PuTTy options panel -> terminal -> features
Check the “Disable application keypad mode” box… connect and open vim, enjoy!
